Yes, we are still playing tennis...played a wicked game on Wednesday. We had a blast and are definitely getting better! Go Tuff Fatty's!!!!

Weighed myself yesterday and I lost 5.4 lbs last week! (10 lbs total) So everything is on track and I'm beating my goal by about 1 lb a week! We went and worked out this morning at Golds and did a ton of triceps, biceps, chest, and abs workout shiz. We also did 35min of cardio. Working out feels great!

Yesterday we played tennis again and I dominated! Were gonna play tomorrow morning (Thursday 5/7) at 8:30am if anyone wants to come. Its in the tennis courts by the Orem Rec Center on the south side of Mtn View High School. Wooohooo good times!

My mom bought a new nice racket yesterday, so now she thinks she can beat me! haaaaaaaaaa!

We played tennis this mornin at Mtn View. It was pretty cool out so playing tennis was perfect! Before we played my mom made me do some weird stretches she said would help me play tennis better ... stretching hurts when your a fatty lol... but it was good times! Then we went to Amanda's luncheon at Tuccono's and that was tasty! Thank goodness I already hit my goal (4.2 lbs lost so far this week) for the week or I couldnt have eaten anything but salad! Ohhhhhhh and were playing tennis tomorrow (Friday) morning at the courts behind Mountainview High School in the park at 9am if anyone wants to play come join!
Still going strong.. worked out at Golds this morning and did a ton of leg exercises and 30 min of cardio woooohh!

So, Danny and I went for a 1 1/2 mile walk this morning after my Dr. apt. for all that female check-up stuff. I was sooooo glad to find out that my blood screening tests were all within the normal range! Woo Hoo! I'm not dead yet!!! LOL
Danny and I decided we would pick up tennis again. I used to be sooooo good at tennis. Ha ha...There are 7 really nice tennis courts over by the rec. center. We need some others to join because it's easier to play doubles...so, if you want to play, let us know!
Then for lunch Danny made these AWESOME shis-ka-bobs....with steak and chicken and peppers and mushrooms and shrimp and tomatoes....They were so good!

1st week update

4/24/09 Update

I went to the Dr. today and I found out that I lost close to 5lbs since Tuesday 4/21/09! Pretty sweet how stoping to drink soda-caffiene, eating healthy and working out makes me lose weight quickly. Im losing it way faster than I ever expected! I'm pretty excited about it and I feel greatly-awesome. My mom and I went to Costco and I bought a bounch of good fruit, veggies, vitamin water, and healthy "munchie" snacks.

Before the Dr. and all that stuff above, my mom and I went and worked out at Golds Gym. I did 10 min of cardio then worked the machienes doing back, sholders and abs then did 20 more min of cardio... cant wait to have ab muscles... Im sick of the fatty keg!! lol Anyways there is my update have a great day!

First Update on Fat Dan :)

Mom and I went on a hike up Battle Creek Canyon to the waterfall today. It was pretty sweet because the weather was great and it was not hot. We took a picture every time we took a break and I will be posting them soon!

I recently have decided that it is time for me to get fit again (hence the hike) I am pretty overweight and tire of being a Fatty. So my goal is to lose 125 lbs (Woooh didn't realize I was that fat!) and get back to good shape. I set a personal goal of losing 4lbs a week so if you do the math by the end of November 2009 I should reach my goal. Ive decided to eat right and work out every day.
